Food sanitisation machine design

About This Project

Through a two-year design and development process, Engineering Creatives took the concept for an innovative and patented poultry sanitising machine through to production.


A complex system involving hot water flow, ultrasonics and ‘packet processing’, including water recirculation with debris containment and automated removal. The system was developed in two models, specific to microbiological loading, working at high production line speed.


The system is very energy and water efficient, whilst delivering class leading microbiological cleansing.  The low maintenance system has been in full operation for over eighteen months.
